Parameters

bytes
Type: SystemByte
The input bytes.
offset
Type: SystemInt32
The offset.
count
Type: SystemInt32
The count.
prefix (Optional)
Type: SystemString
The prefix.
addHeader (Optional)
Type: SystemBoolean
if set to true an header will be added.

Return Value

Type: String
A string or null.
