Handler Class

Defines a generic COM Shell handler that supports IInitializeWithItem, IInitializeWithFile and IInitializeWithStream.

	FilePath	Gets the file path. Only valid if IInitializeWithFile was called.
	Item	Gets the item. Only valid if IInitializeWithItem was called.
	Mode	Indicate the access mode for the Item, FilePath or Stream.
	NativeStream	Gets the native stream. Only valid if IInitializeWithStream was called.
	Site	Gets the site object in the container.
	Stream	Gets the stream. Only valid if IInitializeWithStream was called.
