This property reflects the name of an extended attribute that a file or directory must have in order to qualify as a match for the rule. A value of empty string indicates that the rule does not use this property as a match qualifier.
The PassthroughRuleIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the PassthroughRuleCount property.
This property is read-only and not available at design time.
