The minimum size a file can be to match the rule.

This property indicates the minimum size, in bytes, that a file can be to qualify as a match for the rule. A value of -1 indicates that the rule does not use this property as a match qualifier.

The FilterRuleIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the FilterRuleCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
